Gentle Hatha Yoga

Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga is an accessible, inclusive practice designed to meet you exactly where you are—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With a focus on slow, mindful movement, supported postures, and steady breathwork, this practice welcomes all bodies and abilities, including those with limited mobility or neurodivergence.
Options and modifications are always offered, allowing you to adapt each pose to your unique needs and comfort level. The pace is unhurried and grounding, helping to regulate the nervous system, build body awareness, and support a sense of calm and presence.
Whether you're new to yoga or returning after a break, gentle Hatha flow offers a safe, supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself
