What is Sound Healing


1:1 sound healing offers a grounded and focused space where we work together to support your wellbeing. In a private session, I tailor the sounds, frequencies, and instruments to meet your intentions and what your body and energy need in that moment. Without external distractions, your system can settle naturally, creating room for clarity, deep rest, and genuine internal shift. The pace is steady and spacious, allowing you to relax, reconnect, and explore what’s present with confidence and ease.

A 1:1 session, gives you the opportunity to be truly seen, heard, and held. My full attention is with you. I’m able to observe how you respond, adjust the soundscape intuitively, and guide the session so it genuinely serves you. The space we create is safe, nurturing, and free from pressure, an environment where you can feel grounded, supported, and empowered to move towards your own healing. It’s a collaborative, personalised experience designed to help you return to yourself, with sound as the tool and you at the centre of the journey.

While group sound baths can be uplifting and expansive, nothing compares to the personal attention and energetic spaciousness of 1:1 work. What is Reiki


Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that encourages balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese “Rei” (universal) and “Ki” (life force energy), highlighting its focus on working with the natural energy that flows through all living things. During a session, I use light touch or hands held just above the body to support energy flow, helping the body and mind release tension, restore harmony, and reconnect with their natural rhythm.

Every session is intuitive and personalised, allowing me to respond to your energy in the moment and create a calm, nurturing space for you to relax fully. People often notice a sense of deep calm, emotional release, or mental clarity. Reiki can support stress relief, grounding, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing, providing a safe space to reconnect with yourself and your inner resilience.

Experiences during a session vary, but you may feel tension melting away, subtle warmth or tingling, or a gentle movement of energy through the body. Some notice easing of physical discomfort or shifts in emotional state, while others feel their mind quieten and a strong sense of grounding and connection to their body and breath. Each session unfolds uniquely, allowing your own process of restoration and balance to naturally emerge.

Combining Reiki & Sound

  • In your 1:1 session, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, comfortable space where we begin with a brief conversation about how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with. This helps me understand your intentions and allows the session to be tailored to your needs on the day.

    You’ll then settle into a deeply restorative experience, whether through gentle energy work, immersive sound, or a combination of both. The session unfolds at a steady, grounding pace, giving your body and mind space to relax, release, and realign.

    We’ll finish with an oracle card pull to offer gentle insight or reflection, followed by a few moments of integration, where I’ll share grounding advice to support you as you return to your day.

    The session is designed to feel safe, intentional, and empowering, helping you reconnect with your own balance, clarity, and sense of wellbeing.

  • Preparing for your 1:1 session is simple, there’s nothing complicated, just a few steps to help you arrive feeling grounded and open.

    Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax, and try to give yourself a little time beforehand so you can enter the space with a calm, steady mindset.

    It can be helpful to consider an intention, how you’re feeling, or what you’d like support with, but if you’re unsure, we can explore that together at the start of the session.

    Stay hydrated, have a light meal if needed, and bring anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as a jumper or water bottle.

    Most importantly, come as you are. There’s no right or wrong way to prepare, simply your openness to slow down, receive, and be present. The rest will unfold naturally during the session.

  • Once booked, all session are non-refundable, but with 24 hours notice I can rearrange your session for another time that suits you. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice sessoin are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Sessions take place in my private practice space in OX4. Details will be sent upon booking. Parking is avaliable.

  • Initial consultations are slightly higher in price because they include a detailed client intake and a thorough conversation before your session. This ensures I fully understand your needs, intentions, and any areas of focus, allowing the treatment to be tailored specifically to you. As a result, the first session is usually around 15 minutes longer than a standard follow-up.
